Boat Handling Training Courses
Do you want to learn how to handle your boat correctly and safely on the Inland Waterways?
We offer a 1-day course in boat handling on your own boat or one of our own cruiser or Semi-traditional narrowboats. Upon successful completion of the course you will be awarded a Royal Yachting Association Inland Waterways Helmsman Certificate.
Fox Boats is a recognised RYA teaching establishment and our instructors have between them many years’ experience in boat instruction. Our craft are annually inspected and all carry a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate.

Day courses start at 9.00am and End at 4.30pm
Fees
On one of our boats, operates in March - £140 per candidate
On your own boat - £275 + travel for up to 3 people
