What happens if I have to cancel my day boat booking?

Refunds are available for day boats cancelled 28 days prior to the booking. If cancellation happens after that date we will do our best to re let the boat which may be at a cheaper rate. If this is succesful we will refund the money received to you after the deduction of a £25 administration fee.
